How to Make a Reindeer Lollipop Holder using Cricut
It is almost Christmas time. Because of the season I thought to make this fun reindeer lollipop holder using Cricut. I created the SVG which is free as always so it is a super simple Cricut paper craft. I think this reindeer came out really cute. Let me now if you do too. What you will Need: How to Make a Reindeer Lollipop Holder
- SVG you can get by clicking on this link
- Dark brown cardstock — I use 12 x 12 Cardstock Shop Products
- Light brown cardstock
- Black Cardstock
- Green Cardstock
- Red cardstock
- Craft Glue — I use Bearly Art
- Cricut
- Blue Cricut Mat
Step 1: Download and Upload the SVG
Download and upload the SVG to Cricut Design Space or the software for your cutting machine. If you do not know how to accomplish this check out this video.
Step 2: Prepare the Blue Mat
Place each piece of cardstock onto a separate blue mat or put them n the same mat one after the other. use a brayer to secure the cardstock
Step 3: Make It
Click Make it on the upper right of design space and follow the directions. Start by Choosing on Mat for you project and electing medium weight cardstock. Load each mat separately and cut out the piece.
Step 4: Glue the Antlers
Start by gluing the antlers to the head. Do this by folding the holder in half and matching up the back shadow antlers with the ones you are gluing on and glue them onto the back of the head using your craft glue.
Step 5: Glue the Ears and Eyes
Add the ears and eyes following the photo and glue using your craft glue.
Step 6: Add the Holly
Again following the photo add the two holly leaves and then the berry on top between the two leaves.
Step 7: Add the Lollipop
Fold the hole in half and insert the lollipop stick into the hole. Lineu the round part of the lollipop with the large holes int he head ad match the antlers. Glue the tips of the antlers together to secure. You have now finished your Reindeer lollipop holder.
