You can choose to use the cracker strip or not but that is what makes it fun. This project comes with a free SVG that I got from Mr. Jo Craft on YouTube. What you will Need: How to Make a Christmas Cracker using Cricut
- SVG you can get by clicking on this link
- Christmas Card Stock — I use 12 x 12 Cardstock shop products
- Cracker Strip
- Ribbon 2 Pieces at 19 1/2″ each
- Craft Glue — I use Bearly Art
- Goodies
- Cricut Machine
- Blue Mat
Step 1: Down Load and Upload the SVG
Download the SVG to your computer and upload it to Cricut Design Space. If you are unaware of how the process works check out this video.
Step 2: Make It
You do not need to do anything to this SVG once it is in Cricut Design Space. You just need to click make it. Choose on Mat. Select Medium Cardstock and continue to cut out the file. Remove it from the mat by pulling the mat toward you and the pair down so that it does not curl.

Step 3: Fold It
You will be able to see the dotted lines. Fold the card stock along the dotted lines.

Step 4: Add the Cracker Snap
Place the cracker snap in the center of the cut out piece.

Step 5: Glue one End
Fold over one end so the outside is facing in and add your craft glue. Glue the end panels together.

Step 6: Add the Ribbon
Tie one f the diamond ends with the ribbon. Fill the other end with the goodies and tie the other end with the other piece of ribbon.

Step 7: Glue the Cracker Snap
Glue one end of the cracker snap to the end f the cracker. You will notice that the snap is longer than the cracker. This is to make it easier to snap. When it is time pull each end of the snap and the goodies fall out.
