Step 2: Upload the SVG
Once you have downloaded the SVG upload it into Cricut Design Space by clicking on the upload button on the left side menu. Click upload image and browse for the image. It should be named bunny egg holder1 svg. Double click on the name and it will appear in the upload box. Click upload to upload it to Design Space. Highlight the File and click add to canvas. The images will appear on your canvas.
Step 3: Ungroup the Image
Highlight all of the pieces and click ungroup at the top right menu bar. Select the two lines on the center piece and convert them to score lines by clicking on the operation menu at the top right of the menu bar. While the lines are still highlighted click attach at the bottom right menu bar.
Step 4: Click Make It!
Click Make It in the top right menu bar. Choose on mat as the option for cutting. Follow the instructions in design space to cut out the pieces.
Step 5: Put the Bunnies Together
Using the adhesive foam place the pink piece onto one of the white pieces and center it. Then, place the gray piece with the face onto the pink piece using the adhesive foam. Place the other gray piece onto the other white piece using the adhesive foam.
Step 6: Put the Egg Holder Together
Take the white center piece and fold on the fold lines. Glue the tabs to the bottom of the white side of the bunnies to attach them together and to give the egg a place to sit. You will notice that the holder is sitting off the ground and the egg fits snuggly in the holes.
Step 7: Glue the Top
Place the egg into the holder and glue the tops together to secure the egg and you have finished your Easter Egg Holder using Cricut.
