Open Design Space and upload the SVG by clicking on the upload button on the left menu bar and following the instructions in design space. Place the SVG onto the Design Space canvas.
Step 3: Prepare to Cut
Once the SVG has been placed into Design Space Canvas click ungroup on the top of the layers panel. Click on the two green lines that divide the two cards in half and make those scoring lines by highlighting the line in the layers panel then clicking score in the operation menu at the top of the menu bar. Once you have turned both lines into score lines highlight both the white card only and he score line and click attach at the bottom right of the layers panel. Do the same thing for he pink card.
Step 4: Make It
Click Make it in the top right corner and follow the instructions in Design Space to cut out all of the pieces. You should have a white card with white letters, a green vine, a purple flower and a pink card.
Step 5: Put the Two Cards Together
Using your craft glue attach the pink card to the underside of the white card so that the pink shows through the flowers and the hearts. I used a brayer to really stick the pieces together.
Step 6: Add the Embellishments
Using your craft glue add the vines just above the hearts. I used mini foam dots to attach the purple flower and the letters to give the card dimension. Once you have added the embellishments fold the card and you have finished your Mother’s Day card.
Step 7: Create the Envelope
Download and upload the envelope in the same way you did the card. Highlight the internal rectangle lines in the layers panel and turn them into score lines the same way you did for the card. Highlight the envelope and click attach to attach the score lines. Click Make it.
Step 8: Fold the Envelope
Fold the envelope along he score lines. Using double sided tape tape the sides of the envelope and fold up the bottom to stick it together. Insert the card and tape it shut.
