Using the Cricut Foil Transfer Kit

Want to make your projects have that extra zing with foil? Add some shine and pizzazz? This tutorial will show you how to use the Cricut foil transfer tool with ease.

MATERIALS NEEDED

•SVG •Cricut maker •Cricut foil transfer kit •Cricut foil •Cardstock •Cricut design space

STEP 1

Download and Upload the SVG

If you are unaware of how to download or upload an SVG to Design Space, just follow the tutorial here.

STEP 2

Once your SVG is on your Design Space canvas highlight the entire image and go to the top right of the layers panel and click ungroup.

Click Ungroup

STEP 3

Highlight all of the words on the front of the card. Go to the top left operations menu and select foil then from the drop-down menu choose bold.

Highlight just the snowflakes not the outer white part and click on foil and bold. Select the snowflakes and the outer white part and click attach.
