How to Use Cricut to Create Holiday Candle Wraps

I just love these holiday candle wraps. They are so simple to make using Cricut Design Space and your Cricut of course. Make a few of them for different holidays and change them out as you need.

MATERIALS NEEDED

•Cricut access •Cricut maker •Dollar tree LED candles •Adhesive vinyl •Transfer tape •Vellum •Double sided tape

STEP 1

Measure your Candle

They measured 3 3/4″ x 9″ and 4 3/4″ x 9″ so I wanted my design to measure the same. You should measure your candles for the appropriate size.

STEP 2

Create A Rectangle Using the shapes tool on the left menu bar create rectangles measuring 3 3/4″ x 9 3/8 for the small candle and 4 3/4″ x 9 3/8″ for the larger candle.

STEP 3

Create your Design There are a number of designs on Cricut Access that you can just cut out but if you want to create your own design head to the images tab and begin choosing images to add to your rectangle for a holiday feel.

STEP 4

Weld your Design Only Highlight just your design and not the rectangle and click the weld button on the bottom of the layers panel so that all of the pieces are the same color.
