With Halloween fast approaching I decided to create this creepy spider web halloween lantern using Cricut. This is a fairly simple Cricut paper crafting project with a free SVG in two sizes.

How to Use Cricut to Create a Spiderweb Halloween Lantern

With Halloween fast approaching I decided to create this creepy spider web halloween lantern using Cricut. This is a fairly simple Cricut paper crafting project with a free SVG in two sizes.

MATERIALS NEEDED

•Black cardstock •Velum cardstock •Cricut •Scoring blade •Art glue •Invisible tape •Electric votive

STEP 1

Download the Cut File

Download the cut file to your computer.

STEP 2

Decide which size lantern you would like to make and upload the SVG file to design Space by clicking on the upload button on the left side menu and following the prompts.

Upload the SVG to Cricut Design Space

STEP 3

Highlight the three lines on the side of the layers panel and go to the operations panel and change them to score lines. Then click attach at the bottom right of the layers panel.

Modify the SVG

STEP 4

Choose Make It in the top right of Design Space. Choose On Mat. When it comes to choosing materials choose cardstock for integrate cuts then choose more pressure.
