How to Use Cricut Design Space to Create a Split Monogram

Divided monograms and divided words are so fun. They make perfect wall art, T-shirts, mugs, cellphone cases just about anything. Use them in shadow boxes and picture frames.

MATERIALS NEEDED

•Cricut Design Space •Cricut •Cricut Materials

STEP 1

Open Design Space Canvas

As always, you are going to open a blank canvas in design space by clicking canvas in the drop-down menu on the top left of design space.

STEP 2

Choose a Font

Decide which font you want for the monogram or main word. Just click the text T on the left menu bar to bring up the word text.

STEP 3

Choose a Word or Monogram

Choose the letter or word you want to divide.

STEP 4

Select a Rectangle

Go to the shapes icon in the left menu bar and select the rectangle.
