I just love these gatefold invitations. They are so pretty. I decided to make a Thanksgiving gatefold invitation for everyone to use.

I used an autumn leaves theme to make this perfect for the thanksgiving season. There is an insert to write whatever you like on your invitation using a Cricut pen.

How to Make a Thanksgiving Gatefold Invitation

I just love these gatefold invitations. They are so pretty. I decided to make a Thanksgiving gatefold invitation for everyone to use.

I used an autumn leaves theme to make this perfect for the thanksgiving season. There is an insert to write whatever you like on your invitation using a Cricut pen.

MATERIALS NEEDED

•SVG •Cricut •Medium weight Cardstock •Craft Glue •Double sided tape

STEP 1

Download the SVG Download and unzip the file. The file contains a variety of different cutting types.

STEP 2

Upload the SVG Upload the SVG to Cricut Design Space by clicking on the upload button in the left menu bar.

STEP 3

Convert the Cut Lines to Score There are four lines where the envelope needs to be folded. Highlight them in the layers panel and go to the operations menu and convert them from cut lines to score lines.

STEP 4

Write out Your Invitation Go to the invitation and the insert. Click ungroup at the top of the layers panel and move the gatefold out of the way.
