Berry Tart Pie:  A Sweet Delight, Packed with Flavor!

Ingredients

Gluten-free all-purpose flour •Almond flour •Unsalted butter •Granulated sugar •Egg •Vanilla extract •Berries

STEP 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, almond flour, granulated sugar, and salt.

STEP 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and vanilla extract. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.

STEP 3

Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead it a few times to bring it together. Roll out the dough into a circle large enough to fit your tart pan.

STEP 4

Grease a tart pan with a removable bottom and carefully transfer the  rolled-out dough into the pan. Press it into the bottom and sides of the pan, trimming any excess dough.
